Standard Full Process (in chronological order of production)
1. Design & Prototype
Based on the drawings/samples, 3D model or hand-carved original version is created to make a 1:1 standard prototype, confirming the shape, size and color.
2. Mold Making
Silicone is applied on the periphery of the prototype, and silicone molds are made by parting and molding. After curing, the molds are separated and repaired. The molds are prepared for standby.
3. Material Mixing & Glue Preparation
Resin, curing agent, color paste and fillers are mixed in proportion, and then stirred evenly. The ratio and temperature are controlled.
4. Vacuum Degassing
The mixed glue is placed in a vacuum machine to remove air bubbles to avoid pinholes and bubbles in the finished product. This is a key quality step.
5. Glue Injection & Forming
The glue is injected into the mold, the mold is closed and fixed, and it is left to naturally cure.
6. Demolding & Removing Molded Piece
After the glue is fully cured, the mold is opened and the resin white piece is removed.
7. Edge Trimming & Grinding
Trimming the rough edges and mold lines, rough grinding + fine grinding to make the surface smooth and flat.
8. Surface Treatment
Applying base coatings, spraying, electroplating, antique treatment, etc. as per requirements for basic finishes.
9. Hand Painting
Manual coloring, drawing details, gold/bronze painting, completing the patterns and colors.
10. Quality Inspection & Re-inspection
Checking for flaws, color differences, and damages. Non-conforming products are reworked or scrapped.
11. Assembly Components
Attaching the base, lighting fixtures, water flow components, hanging pieces and other accessory parts.
12. Glazing & Protection
Spraying transparent protective paint to prevent scratches, color fading and enhance the texture.
13. Final Inspection & Packaging
Full inspection of appearance and functions, applying protective film, packaging in boxes, and packing in cartons to complete the shipment.
